Smartowner — Unethical practices by company - duped many investors - lets unite against them

More than 6 years have passed by since i first invested in 2016 in their BLR-NOA-HIL project for a piece of Land and all i have received are false promises of fantastic returns from the start. There are no pictures of the project site and no indication of what they have done with the money. It is clear to me that they have no intention of returning my money. I am not willing to wait any longer. I intend to form an association of current investors who have complaints, use social media account of Mr. Vikram Chari the owner of the company, initiate legal proceedings, approach RERA, SEBI and other legal avenues if i do not get back my promised proceeds by October 2022.
There are no regular updates from them about my project. Updates are provided only when i chase.
No live pictures of the project site have been provided ever.
In 6 years, they only called me once, to promote another product of theirs.
Many missed deadlines and False promises.
