I ordered and paid for the smart tv octa air on the 2nd of february 2018.
I got a confirmation on the 06th of february, that the item has been despatched. I have not yet received the product.

After several time chatting with talecaller of company they are not able to say the consignment no.
and present status of my product. Its is more than one month past way still no information about my
product. They are not able to provide the consignment no. which is book to indian post office.
they always teleing me wait for another 1 weak.

Very worst product
Not working and my complaint of duplicate order not resolved

I too paid for two products but did not receive even after 50 days and I feel being cheated. Is there any way to complaint and get the paid amount back? Please help me.

I have received smart tv 123 indoor antimatter but it’s not working hopeless item not working in New Delhi I claim my refund. So help me to claim refund.
