Saw advertise on facebook about W-series 34 smart watch with the price of 1699/-. I ordered watch & watch delivered by blue dart with way bill number [protected]. after opening box i found 3rd class watch's 3 no’s not even 100rs worth, it was also in damaged condition(find the attached photos). site was smartwatchis.com after delivery i contacted blue dart and asked about shipper address. I have found the address on the box is shri enterprises, 3sff, new multan road, Delhi pin 110056 with the contact number [protected](call not connecting)

I had made an order at this website www.smartwatchis.com on 9/11/19 for Gen 5 Smartwatch -Julianna HR Black stainless steel. When I received the shipment, the product was another one. the shipment i revived was 3 ordinary watches, that too of substandard quality . i made the order via cash on delivery mode and payed an amount of 1800 INR.
