I am reporting the incident happened with me today. I ordered a smartwatch w34 on website smartwatchis.com through a advertisement poping-up in facebook. The amount of watch shown was rs. 1699. The details of the order is as below:

Order date: 05 february 2020 time 07:16 am (Mail copy attached).
Product - w-series34 waterproof smart watch - 80%off-last day promotion × 1
Amount - 1699 to be paid as cash on delivery

Amount shipped through blue dart courier
Details of the courier

Origin - hisar (Haryana)
Delivery location - gurgaon

Product received - a third class fake fastrack watch (Photo attached)

Tried to contact website through e-mail care. [protected]@gmail.com
But did not receive satisfactory response.

Please help.
