Smashing Commerce.com — sold wrong product now not responding

I have purchased a pest repellant from them on 30 days return gurantee. The product is different and ineffective from what they have said and broken too. Now they are not responding now i want to lodge a complaint against them n they have to either change product with original one or refund my 480rs.
