Smashing Commerce — pest reject being advertised by them on facebook

Smashing commerce customer support is worst. They neither read customer e-mails nor answer phone calls at no.[protected] given by them.in their ads in facebook, photos of product "pest reject" are shown, for which i paid rs.480/= (Order no#swmwjvz2rv) & they delivered me very cheap, worst product named "pest repellent" which is available for about rs.100/=. This is fraudulent. Pl. Tell smashing product to take back this cheap product and deliver me the genuine :"pest reject" shown in their ads. I am also sending to you screenshot of "pest reject" advertised by smashing commerce & photo of "pest repellent" sent by them.
