I had bought a product from your website, a bestphonemount vide invoice no. Gkamhvfqsn dt15/9/2019. As it is not the same product as i saw on the facebook video.. Can you help in getting my money back. The finish is very rough and plastic used is poor quality. Mobile is not fixing onto the dashboard which is the main purpose.
