I purchase phone a holder from bestphonemount.in via facebook. The quality of phone holder is very poor. On the box trader name is shown as smashing commerce pvt ltd. There is no working phone number. I am feeling cheated by this low quality product. I paid 500 rs for this useless product. Its cost is not more than rs.50.

They are cheating people, via their advertisement in facebook and instagram. They are showing a different product in the advertisement and supplying very cheap and low quality product.

I had tried to reach them by phone, which is on the auto answering mode. I sent them e-mail, and received their ready made reply every time. I think is also auto reply mail.

I request you to look into this matter as soon as possible. I want my money back at any cost because such is the quality of the product. A strict action should be taken against the company for using such gimmicks and fooling people.
