I purchase phone a holder from bestphonemount.in via facebook. The quality of phone holder is very poor. On the box trader name is shown as smashing commerce pvt ltd. There is no working phone number. I am feeling cheated by this low quality product. I paid 500 rs for this useless product. Its cost is not more than rs.50.

Can you help in getting my money back. The finish is very rough and plastic used is poor quality. Mobile is not fixing onto the dashboard which is the main purpose. I ordered a car phone mount and when i got the delevery it was totally different from what i have ordered the company frauded me. The build quality is worse it doesnot have that capacity to hold a phone. I ordered the product from a link from instagram but the product appeared to be totally wrong.

Had ordered phone holder for car. The quality is very poor and the product is even different from what was displayed while ordering. Please arrange the return of the product and refund my money. Very disappointed with the product and quality. There are lot of scratches on the holder and looks like a used one. This company is only cheating its customers by sending defective and used products. The product is cheap and inferior in quality. Design and materials used is very bad. It is nothing like what was shown in the advertisement. What is more infuriating is that the customer care number is not active/unreachable. I feel cheated and feel strict and immediate action must be initiated against the company for using dubious and fraudulent means for selling this inferior product. I watched a video from smashing commerce on OLX It has been observed that Pest Reppellent machine with the help which all the insect in the house run out away. I ordered that machine by looking at the video. I brought that machine to the house and then use it and see if something is not working means useless. Mainey pest rejector ne order kiyatha mujhe wrong productdiyahai oh product home protection diyahai its a fake product its working it just make a noise which is irritated us not to insects and others animals.
This product either may be not made in good quality or it is fake product whatever it is possible return this product and give back my amount. And also please don't advertise this product to use pest repellent...
