I have opted in for the dental treatment- Aligners on 25th June 2022. Doctor visited my place and ask me to pay 53000/- she gave me a link and after clicking on that link 53000/- debited from my account. She promised me that i will get the dental treatment plan with in 2 days. After 2 days when i asked her, she said it will take another 2 days. After waiting 5 days i contacted the customer services but no proper response from the. I reached them on Instagram and told to refund my money in case they cant give me the treatment. After this I got a call from escalation team and the person promised me that i will get some update soon. After waiting for this over a week I called them and asked form refund. I have provided my bank details and reasons for refund and they acknowledged the same. I got refund confirmation message on whats app. which says the refund will be processes with in 5-7 days. But when I check the refund status after 5 days it says "refund rejected" I tried calling escalation team but no proper response. Everybody keep telling that will get back to you, but dont know when. I need my 53000/- back ASAP please.

I had paid a down payment of Rs. 2000 for invisible aligners. I was told that if at all decide to not go ahead with the treatment they will refund the full amount within 7 working days. In between I had gone to the B.T.M. Bangalore clinic for consultation and was still not sure if I want to go ahead with the treatment, instead I agreed to get a cleanup done. They hardly did any cleaning, the cleanup got over in just 10 mins and they charged me Rs.1000 which I told them to deduct it from the Rs. 2000 down payment that i had done. After that its been more than 2 months I haven't got a refund of Rs. 1000 yet. I have been following up with Dr. Ashika ever since. The Smiles.ai team is ling and saying that they have processed it and that I should have received it, the fact is that I haven't got a credit of Rs. 1000 yet in my account. There were multiple people just messaging me on whatsapp asking for my account details, Why the hell will I go about give my account details to everyone contacting me from Smiles.ai. This is so frustrating. They are literally on top of you to make the down payment but when its time to refund they are not even answering my calls or messages.
I want my money back and this needs to be taken up on priority or I will report it as a scam that this dental clinic is doing.

I have also faced similar problem. They are very proactive before you do the payment. Thereafter, you are on your own. They never told me that they don’t have their own clinics or doctors. The have some third party tie up that too with very young inexperienced dentists having very rudimentary clinics in suburbs of Chennai. I suggest no one get into their false promises. Totally unprofessional and unethical way of doing business. I m thinking of raising issues to consumer forum.
