On 28th May 2022, I paid an amount of Rs. 2000 for invisible aligners. I was told that It was refundable and on 5th June I paid the full amount that is Rs 48, 000 through an early salary loan After that nobody contacted me. In between I had gone to the National clinic in South Delhi for consultation and was still not sure if I want to go ahead with the treatment because I haven't heard anything from the smiles.ai team, I kept messaging and calling them but no response. some days after I got calls saying we haven't received your consent yet, your treatment planning is pending After that its been almost 3 months I asked them to refund my amount as I consulted Another dentist and they said aligners will not work for me. but they said the fabrication of your aligners has started and forced me to continue with my treatment. The Smiles.ai team is lying. This is so frustrating. They are literally on top of you to make the payment but when it's time to refund they are not even listening to me
I want my money back and this ought to be taken up on priority or I will declare it as a scam.
