I have taken your aligner treatment plan initially with cost of ₹58999 but after payment of (₹5000+₹8800) and rest emi through Axio capital float, i got call from your doctor and he told me that you have to go for braces aligner will not give you result. So i cancel my treatment plan . I requested for cancellation of treatment plan and still i get 5000 from smiles. After so many call to your customer care i felt dishurtened . I didn't get rest amount and getting lots of call and text from axio to pay the EMI. After so many attempt o[censored]nresolved call i decided to complain regarding my issue. I'm student and got stuck just because you are not paying me rest of money and am also not able to pay EMI which lead to my cibil deteration and fine. So please kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.
