Smo Mumbai — Continuous Discharge Certificate Not Dispatched

Respected sir / madam,
My CDC application was approved on 16th June but till date it hasn't been dispatched.Please tell me number of days more required for the CDC to get dispatched.Because on the internet Iv'e read that the CDC is supposed to be dispatched within 30 days of application approval.
Your efforts to resolve this problem will be highly appreciated.
