Smokehouse — cancelled product but refund not issued

I purchased a product of 578 rupees from smoke house on 3rd april. I canceled the product on same date but they did not issue any refund for same. While calling their number or sending mail to mail address no reply coming. Please help me in getting refund.

Updated by Surajits36 Smokehouse doing fraud by calling from this number ‭+[protected]‬ and asking for debit card details for refund. Strong legal action should be taken
