Received expired tobacco with fungus. No way to contact them for refund. They don't have customer service number. The charged me INR 1895 for 2 fungus infested tobaccos...

The company has not provided any refund 40 plus days after order cancellation, i have the order ids however the website is not allowing access to my old login details and u had to create a new account, cannot contact the website as there is no response from the vendor and the contact number provided on the website is not reachable....

I paid 3500 to them for a carton of cigarettes. They did not deliver because the lockdown had started. They informed me that I should get my money back soon. But even after a month, I still haven't received it after several follow-up emails....
