Smr Infotech — Fraud holiday vouchers worth rupee 9990

I have received one call from neha verma and her manager Arun agarwal they said they are providing discount vouchers for shopping, hotel and holidays. Immediately I got a msg from axis bank it seems suspicious when I paid 9990 to them through razor pay but I didn't received any thing from them. Pls help me to refund the amount.
