Date : 27:11:2019 Recently we bought bulk sms services from "smsxperts.com" from searching on google. He offer like today offer 1lac+1lac transactional sms for 8000 rs. Before that he create account and gave 20sms balance for checking then he told to pay 8k rs through paytm and speaking friendly then we transfer 8k rs to his paytm account he told it will take 5 to 10mins. Wa waited for almost 2hours he not credit amount. Then he not pick call. After too much struggle he add 2lac sms balance but we cannot send sms through api we can send sms through only his website by manually type mobile no and text. Then same again not attending call rude reply like we block api because i need to confirmation from my boss u need to pay tax gst and 12paisa, and not even listening what we saying. His number was +[protected], we request refund at least if possible we request refund in paytm also but they said it was not possible This website smsxperts.com may change his domain to another new domain he hide his personal details from domain registration before he move to new domain catch him maybe his mobile number also registered with fake identity. yes above is exactly true . smsxperts web site is cheater and his number is +91 [protected]
I reached out to them to get an SMS package and they gave me all the SMS package prices. They do not have a payment portal set up, and only function through bank transfers. Anyways, I selected the package, and they sent the bank details and I made the payment. AFTER I made the payment, I was denied an invoice because I didn't pay the GST. NEVER was it mentioned that GST has to be paid. When asked for the GST amount so that I can pay it, they never replied to my calls. I only wanted an invoice but they started cutting my calls and stopped responding my messages. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Do not bother doing business with them. Please report them.
This guy is the biggest cheater I have seen. He took the money for a pack. Put the SMS to the account. Then he talks about another 5000 ruppes for some registration. When asked why he didn't tell earlier, he said it is implemented few days back. Where as they knew the deadline years ago.
