Snapdeal — After discount product does not dispatched

My Snapdeal Order ID : [protected] I have ordered two Blazer at Rs 3390 dated 13/11/13, in the site it was written that the product will be dispacted within 0ne working day.But not yet dispatched. Snapdeal is giving 20% discount on every product purchase.So i applied that code and got 20% discount and paid the amount. My issue is every time i apply coupon code and get discount product does not get dispatched from snapdeal, this has happened with me three times, after waiting for many days they say that your product has been called & refunding amount takes a lot of time. If they cant deliver the product why they give offers.They are just fooling customer I have posted my issue because this time amount is big and i cant purchase any thing till my amount gets refunded Kindly Provide me resolution as soon as possible Thankyou for your suppourt
