Dear Sir, I am Purchase a Accu-Chek Active Glucose Monitor (Includes 10 Test Strips, 1 Softclix Lancing Device, 10 Sterile Lancets)"through snap deal on 17/08/2015 but after received this item its found manufacturing damaged, it i am lodging complain online for reverse pickup, they will arrange a pickup for dated- 19/08/2015, after completion reverse pickup of this defective product, snap deal official deny to refund my money. i am trying to call/ Email a lot of time even i am send them reverse pickup receipt through mail but they are still now not able to refund my money.
