Order id: [protected] reference no: 36001415 Placed on: mon, 14 nov, 2016 Transaction was failed but amount 1695 was debited from bank. It has been 4/5 days but money has not been reversed to bank yet. I have attached account statement from date 14 november to 19 november 2016.
