Snapdeal — Bad customer services experience

I have ordered a sd card but it was not delivered to me.I have called your customer service four times, they assured me that it will get delivered but it won't got delivered to me at last I have called to your customer service and talked to superviser but he also didn't resolved my query more over he cut my phone and from next time when I am calling to your customer service with my that number they are not entertaining me. I am really frustrated with this type of service from such a brand.
