Snapdeal — Broken product delivery

Dear Sir, kindly allow me to introduce how snapdeal & there travel partner Work . i have oder a product on 26/jan/2015 Order No : [protected] Date :26th, January 2015 Godrej WT600C Top Loading 6 Kg. Washing Machine Silky Grey i requested them to delivered the product before saturday as i was goiung out of town they delivered the product by Gatti courier on 5/02/2012. i asked the courier person to check the product he denied and i open the product it was found broken, the delivery person was onmy gate itself i asked him to come and see the product it is damaged. they dont have that much courtesy to come and have a look when they were on the gate itself they said it not there work, you have to call and submit complain to snapdeal they will change the product . this is not our protocall. but they did not returned back from the gate . i launched a reverse picked up on 5th itself, the company said that they has arranged the pick up on tuesday from some nuvoex company and they had arrnaged a no of there consultant sachinbhosale [protected]. on 6th i called him 10 time to pick the machine as i was going out of town on saturday he said he is comming and in th evening he said he will come on saturday . i said ok come in morningthem i will leave by 12 then. on saturday the sachin bhoisale has switched his phone off, i called the call centre of nuvoex and asked that that guy has taken the time and not come on friday and now on saturday his no is switched off. the girl said that he will call the branch and will inform me . that did not happen tll 12. so after being fed up on 12, i called the Snapdeal that the reverse pick up team has made fool out of me from 2 days . they are not picking the phone and she said that courier company has putten a remark that they arenot delivering the product becuase of the customer delay. i was shocked that what kind of era i am working on. when a online company like snapdeal take the order on 26 and delivered the product on 5th of feb. a courier company Gati delivered the damaged product and there executive do not bothered that they had delivered the damged product and do not bother to have a look on it. another courier company has taken order for reverse pick up nuvoex. they inform me by sms that they are going to pick the product on 6th ready . as i have to go town so i left averything apart and arrange every thing to deliver it.and than that guy says that you had waist another day. another day he make his phone switch off and call centre even calling and informing from customer that he has done this put a remark the delay is from customer side. Snapdeal has waisted my time, my money and harrashed with delivery partner in a extreme way. request you to take some decision on these people who in the name o business do not harrash people like us. with our hard earnedmoney and time .
