[Resolved] Snapdeal — Cancellation & non delivery of ordered item without giving any reason | |||||
I ordered nutty california almonds 1kg on 20th october 2016 on cash on delivery basis. I received order confirmation & shipment dispatched sms on 21st october 2016. I was told that the shipment will reach me by 27th october 2016. Received sms again on 26th october that shipment could not be delivered & give your preferred date for delivery thru url which i did. On 26th october 2016 night received sms that the order is cancelled. My complaint is that i am not given any reason for order cancellation. I believe its advertisement tactics to only show cheap deals on newspapers to attract customers not not to sell them. I feel this is very bad business principal. Was this information helpful? | |||||
