Snapdeal — Cashback not received against my order no-[protected] | |||||
I received a message from snapdeal on 31.05.2016 in which it is mentioned that i will receive 20% cashback by applying a code FCD3e967bd6e, screenshot of that i am attaching with this complaint, , i then order a memory card and apply this promo code...and i received the memory card on 2.06.2016..after 2-3 days i called Snapdeal regarding the cashback, they told me that it takes 7-8 days maximum to get cashback...then after waiting for 7-8 days, yesterday(after 12 days) i called them but dont get any satisfactory answer from them..i had call recordings also. i want claim of my 20% cashback, along with 35 minutes call charges with snapdeal and inconvineance charges Was this information helpful? | |||||
