I had placed an order with id : [protected] gala aqua 360 degree spin mop on 05 oct 2016 and it got delivered on 17 oct 2016.
As mention in details it is written as 1 pc refill &1 liquid dispenser is free but i didn't recieve them.
So i called to customer care of snapdeal and informed to them about this issue.
They said that they will replace the product. it was scheduled on oct 18 2016 to pick up from there courier partner nuvoex (no body reached me to pickup the product)
From that day onwards snapdeal sends a message saying pickup is today we are waiting for pickup and evening i recieves a message pickup is rescheduled to next day. oct 20, oct 21st, to oct 29th same message every day.
I called to the customer care regarding this 5 times. on oct 29 i recieved a call from the snapdeal team saying that courier partner wasn't able to pickup the item so we will compensate the freebies amount and they said to email regarding this issue to [protected]@snapdeal.com.
So i started using the product on november 3rd, on that day again i got a call from the snpadeal team regarding the issue that they will replace the product. i said to the women who spoke with me that i recieved a call from your team and informed her that they said will compensate from snapdeal regarding this issue. she said we won't compensate anything and said to me do whatever you want to do and said to me that we are closing the issue.
