I ordered micro max silver canvas 5 on 25 th oct, i received it on 28th of oct when i tried to switched it on its never working after that i call snapdeal customer care to confirm this after that they assign an service engineer for this, 1st of nov service engineer came and check the mobile he confirm that mobile is not working, we will replace this, on 2nd nov snapdeal person came and collect the mobile, now they said my req is wrong. till now i didn't get my mobile i have all mails which i received from snapdeal and recorded calls also.if i didn't get any confirmation about my phone till today evening i will file a complaint in court pathetic service Was this information helpful? | |||
