[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — 24 inch led tv refund | |||
Hello concerned, As usual, snapdeal customer service suck. A few days back i had ordered three led tvs together (Order id: [protected]). On delivery one of the unit was faulty. I had initiated a replacement, but after three days, my replacement request just disappeared and everything shows normal in my order list. What a bloody shame on snapdeal. You dont have a customer call center. The one which you have provided, states that against my mobile number there isn't any order existing. This is a joke. I have, this time initiated a refund. If, one of the tvs cannot be refunded, you can take away all three of them. Expect an immediate response, failing which, i will expose snapdeal and will later approach the consumer forum.
