[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — 7 day easy return policy

According to 7 day easy return policy the return for wrong size t-shirt should be accepted. But snapdeal is refusing to accept return by saying that my return does not qualifies for technical check and the return ratio is high. Where as in the return policy and user agreement no such term is mention and explained. Also snapdeal is refusing to mention the exact reason for not accepting the return.
Snapdeal is also not providing the reason in written through email so that a legal action can be taken against snapdeal with aspect to 7 day easy return policy.
