[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — 8.5 inches lcd writing tablet | |
This is to complaint about the service provided by snapdeal, as they have no shame to actually understand if the customer is happy or not!! Ordered a writing tablet for my nephew but unfortunately due to covid-19 he was unable to visit us. The product was delivered to me on 11 may 2020, to which i requested a return on 12 may 2020. Knowing the fact that could take more then there normal return time, i waited for 7 days. They are continuously neglecting the customer request and keep on saying that we have rescheduled the return and thier courier person will pick up the package in 2-3 days... But it’s high time on. Today on the same date 12 th i had issued a return request last month. They haven’t send any one from past 1 month now. It’s a shame how snapdeal is working carelessly and not caring about their customer satisfaction. Had talk with their case manager And others like.. Tamanna, karan garg and jaspreet. Each of the customer care team member is useless. Had the worst experience ever online!!! Would never recommend snapdeal to any one regarding anything. Was this information helpful? | |
