My order number is [protected] I purchasea titan edge wath on snapdeal they delever me at 10l1l17 but there a several scratch on the watch(old used product ) i share a photos with snapdeal and ask for refund at same day .i pay threw a debit card to snapdeal ( visa) but Snapdeal transfer my amouth in free charge account (I am not intrusted in using any free charge account ) my bank is also not listed on free charge so I am not able to transfer my amount also .I share this problem with Snapdeal at 10/1/17 n ask him to transfer my amount in my bank account they ask me bank details so I share bank details also at same day so snap deal send me e-mail thay transfer my amount in my bank account in 4 days so I again call Snapdeal help desk at 17/1/17 and ask about my refund Snapdeal again send me emil at 17/1/17 and ask 4 more days for refund my amount in bank account and debited the same amount same day in freecharge (17/1/17) so I again contact to snapdeal at 22/1/17 and ask ab my refund the exicative says we transfer ur amount In free charge u may call the free charge and ask ab ur amount ( if I pay a Snapdeal for a product why should I ask to freecharge for my refund u guys transfer my amount in freecharge wallet ).again 23/1/17 I call Snapdeal help n ask ab my amount so the exicative says the amount transfer within 24/48 hours In ur account so today only again I call Snapdeal n ask for my refund the exicative says she highlight the issue to there team .
Each time I call the Snapdea for amount l I again n again explain my case ( 8/9 times ) n the replay is same we work on that . First think I am not interested in any freecharge account and I pay a Snapdeal for a product and Snapdeal transfer my amount in freecharge I want my amount in my bank account as soon as possible from 10/1/17 already 14 days gone . meanwhile the Snapdea exicative ask me about purchase a another watch on there domain or pay my mobile bills from that freecharge wallet . Means its like u must purchase a product from our one domain or pay ur bills from our other domain we r not able to refund ur amount In ur bank . Already I waste so much time on this issue don't no when this issue is solved and when Snapdeal refund my amount in my bank account this is verry disappointing experience with Snapdeal .
