Actually, i ordered puma shoes and when i got the product, it was not fitting me due to some size problem, so i requested the snapdeal for exchange and deliver me with the larger size than the actual one but the snapdeal doesn't responded it and it returned with the comment that it doesn't meet the quality standard, though i returned it as though it was delivered to me and it's customer care service is not responding..they didn't pick up the call.

Updated by sujit060 snapdeal is one of the fraud company.it's customer service is worst, ans it isn't responding the customer complaint, moreover the goods sold are not up to the standatd as it is described on the shopping site.
