I have been ordered a surya crystal blue flower 3 automatic (Glass top gas stove) on 13th of december 2016 through debit card of total amount rs.2003.
The product has been delivered to me at 20th of december 2016 which is in purely damaged condition. I demanded the refund of the particular amount which i paid through the debit card. So i tends to send the product through courier and i also uploaded the courier bill at the website. The product which i resent was sent back to me. So i approached the customer care and informed the complaint. They have said that our usher will come within next 2-3 days to you and pick up that damaged product (Gas stove), and said that after the quality check we will refund the amount within next few days.
But till today 15th of may 2017, nobody came and picked up the damaged product which is still in my home and there is utter silence about my money rs.2003. One good thing about them was they have sent the money of courier amount rs.400 (Which i tried to send the product) to the freecharge wallet. Was this information helpful? |
