[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — account suspended refund stopped | |||||
I ordered 4 items on snapdeal, total bill made is 2862/-. I got the items but those were defective, they were not as mentioned in the description. I asked for return, they approved and picked all the items from me. They said they will start refund but suddenly sent an email saying your account is suspended and we cannot refund you money. When i sent an email to [protected]@snapdeal.com they replied. It is snapdeal's policy where we cannot return you either money or items. These are the order ids. [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] All these items they picked the items and kept both money and items. I called many times customer care and sent a lot emails but same response i cannot do anything we cannot return you money. How can you expect things to be first time right which does not happen even if you go to any retail outlet in person? How can you block an account without prior intimation? Is there no governance observed? This is really disappointing. Is this not a cheating. Was this information helpful? | |||||
