[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Acer one s1003/ refund not received even after 14 days from day of cancellation. | |||||
Sir, I'd ordered an item acer one s1003 laptop (1 qty) from snapdeal with order id [protected]. The actual delivery date expected was 03 jun 2016. It got delayed and i didn't get my product till 14 jun 2016. As per the advice of their customer care executive, i cancelled the order on the same date. It was told i'll get my refund of rs11495 in next 6 working days. Till date (27jun 16) i haven't got my refund. I've called them many times, but they were just apologising and telling that the problem will be solved as soon as possible. But they are just giving vague reasons that my product haven't reached back to them. Now, they've also blocked me from calling to their customer care. Pls do the needful and help me in receiving back my cash. The cancelled order is attached herewith. Was this information helpful? | |||||
