[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Adidas superstar white casual shoe | |||||
Em placed a order on 26april 17 and received this product on 3rdmay 17 but the product quality I dnt like it that's y em return this product. The product is pickup on 13th may 17. By snapdeal courier executive and after a quality check snapdeal email me on 18th may 17 snapdeal initiated my refund and reflect in 4 business days in my bank account. But I didn't get my refund in bank account. So em called to snapdeal customer support and ask about my refund and they said to me sorry we didn't give ur refund b.coz in ur account some discrepancy. What's the meaning is this? Snapdeal received a product so why they dnt give my refund? Snapdeal take the product and my money both. This totally wrong and where is this mentioned that company take money and product both. Snapdeal harrased me a lot. Snapdeal don't have right to take money and product both even anyone don't have rights. So my request to you please give my refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||
