Dear Sir, This is for your information that on 10th April 2015 I booked one bangle set vide order no. [protected] for Rs 389/-, but the consignment was returned as the bangle size was not fit to my hand. As per your advice I mentioned my bank A/C no, but the amount has not been credited to my A/C. Again on 17th June 2015 I gave another order for Panini pendant set vide order no. [protected] ( item code no. 167184) for Rs 389/-, but on opening the packet one ear set found to be damaged, hence the same is to be returned. Thus, you are requested not to send this pendant set any more, rather these amounts (Rs 389+ Rs 389 = Rs 778) remains due on you, which could be adjusted on my future ordered items.
