[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — After returning the faulty item, refund is not at all initiated.

Sir/madam,

I have ordered two transcend jetram ddr3 8 gb pc ram (jm1600klh-8g) for my desktop pc from snapdeal on 05/10/2016 for rs.3, 695/-. with order id [protected].

When i received these two rams, i found that it was not the model jm1600klh-8g which i ordered, and also i found that the package was already opened. the seller was info technologies, secunderabad, i immediately called the snapdeal customer care and narrated about the condition of the product i received, they told you can go for replacement, and
They only initiated replacement for these products.

When i received the replacement, again i found the same thing, it was not the model jm1600klh-8g which i ordered, and also i found that the package was already opened. but this time the seller was aviva technologies, secunderabad.

Again i called the customer care and narrated the conditions of the product i received, they told "we are extremely sorry, your money is in safe hands, no need to worry, please return the products, we will refund your money, we will take strict action against these sellers".

I returned these products on 24/10/2016] which were not the same model which i needed.

Out of two items [ rs.3, 695 ] i got the refund of rs.1847/-, but they held remaining rs.1848/-. [ both items were in same condition, how they accepted one and rejected another one? dont know ]

After this i called snapdeal customer care many times, they are saying "the quality check is failed for returned item, and they cannot refund the money.

When they returned the item, i rejected it because"it is completely irresponsibility of snapdeal, for not checking when seller sends the product and checking when we return the same product which i received.

After i reject the product, there is no response from snapdeal, they kept my money and also their faulty product.

Its been more than 20 days now, i literally fed up with their "no response".

How can they force us to keep whatever they send.

Is it the justice provided to customers?

Please give us justice.
