Snapdeal.com — Air cooler with manufacturing defect | |||||
I purchased a Maharaja Whiteline 45 litre atlanto desert cooler for rs 8845 on 8th of April, 2016 under order no [protected]. the cooler was received on 14th April, 2016 and was with manufacturing defect. I immediately called to Customer care of Snapdeal and requested for replacement under complaint no 22195262 and have not received cooler so far. Simultaneously i was asking for 50% compensation of total value of the product. I am continuously talking to CC on daily basis and nothing has happened so far. In this process I have also lost lot of money over phone calls and time. Also I have purchased this cooler on credit card and for which I am also paying interest. My family is dying in heat and snapdeal has no concern regarding this. Was this information helpful? | |||||

You are just making me fool of me and kept my money from 8th of April, 2016. Neither I received the product from you people and there is no concrete things regarding the 50% compensation of the total value of the product.
Provide me the compensation ASAP.
