[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Amount debited but order not placed

I placed an order dated 12 november 2016 (Sim mom powder) by snapdeal, i paid amount by bob credit card but it is not showing on my orders.
As per bank amount deducted and i also received and message from bank for debit.
Once i tried to contact to snapdeal then no way to contact customer care executive and cant get any information without order number.
