[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Amount refund | |||||
I have ordered I phone 5s on Dec 8th. Order- ID-[protected] and snap deal failed to deliver the product and postponed 3 times and even after they failed to deliver the product.Hence I have cancelled the order on Dec 17th.and got the cancellation confirmation as well after that as per tracking update I suppose to get refund amount on Dec 23rd. But I haven't got till now and not even single call from Snap deal.it is very pathetic poor customer service and they are cheating to Customer's.
