I ordered a product from Snapdeal on 21 Aug 2014. The product was
shipped the next day, but i have not received the product till now.
The product is with their courier service ECOM EXPRESS. ECOM EXPRESS
never tried to deliver the product and they update fake delivery status.
I tried to resolve this issue with ECOM Customer Care but then the
customer care say that this issue should be reloved with Bangalore ECOM
Customer Care. Bangalore ECOM Customer Care rarely picks up the phone
and when they pick up then they say the product is out for delivery. But
when after calling their customer service i get the phone number of
delivery boy, then that phone number is always switched off. The
delivery boy never contacts me and then ECOM updates status that
Consignee requested for future delivery.
I have tried resolving this issue with Snapdeal Customer Care also, they
told me to wait more for delivery and give me a ticket number, saying
that they will reply on that. But they also never replied.
Bangalore ECOM Expess customer care is not hepful, delivery boy's phone
is almost always switched off and Snapdeal Cusomer Care is also not
helpful.
Please look into this matter.
