I think you have not understood the issue well here. My concern is not regarding the return. My concern is the description of shoes given by snapdeal is "genuine leather", kindly note we as customers do not have any tools to check whether it is genuine leather or not. Unfortunately after using the received shoes for more than 7 days i came to know that it is not genuine leather shoes. It is low quality rexin shoes, when the upper layer has came out, as shown in the picture sent with my request earlier.
Now the issue is i have been misguided by the description given by snapdeal on the portal for which i dont think any time limit is applicable. I believe the management team at snapdeal is well aware of the consequences of providing wrong information to the customers.
Hence request you to look in to this matter from different point of view and not by return or replace point of view.

After lodging complain, Received a call today on mobile number [protected] by your team, who told that all such complains should be made within Seven days of receiving the order.
Since i was not in town, was able to find out only on my arrival on 01 Dec 2017( proof of travel can be shared on request) . The delivery was received by my neighbour and the parcel was opened on my arrival.
Very disappointed with the customer service. The value of the product is not high (270 rupees per picture).
Kindly initiate action to either refund the amount or send us the material.
