Snapdeal.com — bajaj Cooler not working properly | |||
Hi, I bought a Bajaj Glacier PC 2014 Air Cooler from Snapdeal.com delivered on 16th May, 2015 but it was not cooling/working properly. I have already registered a complaint on 26tyh May, 2015 and they told me to notify the Bajaj dealer also. Then, after the registration the bajaj shopkeeper sent an engineer and he checked all the machinery of the cooler. The bajaj engineer declared that the cooler is faulty and not working properly and he ensured that he notify their dealer and replaced the same in 3-4 days. But still there is no progress in replacement process Was this information helpful? | |||
