Hello, this is rupali saxena. This is inform to you that i had purchased an item from snapdeal on 16th october 2016 but the quality of product was very poor, so that's why i returned that item. After a long period i have not received any amount against that order. Reference no is 40198222. I also complained to snapdeal but there is no response form their side.
