[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Bank Impose Service, taxex and other charges As SnapDeal failled to reversal amount on time. | |||
I've purchase a Led Tv from Snapdeal on 31st of Oct 2014 and as per information delivered date was 9th November-14 but product was not delivered and status was again updated to 15th November. As usually again product not delivered. Now they asked me to cancel this order and i was OK with it, But when i asked abt my amount when could be transfer to my account, they said within 7 days amount will be credited to my account. But after lot follow up with (paid Phone calls) this process again so late and the amount credited in December month and bank imposed me lot of fine against the amount i have paid to bank. My concern is that why should i pay for the fine imposed on me it should be bear by Snapdeal. otherwise i will file compliant in consumer form.
