[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Bed set installation | |||
Order ID: [protected] Ordered a bed set from snapdeal.com which was delivered to me on the 6th November 2015. Even after multiple requests for installation, they failed to send the installation team. Every time escalating the matter to god knows whom. After 12 days (18th November, 2015) they called and told me to get it installed by a local team while they would compensate the amount. Likewise I contacted the local installer and get his appointment. Now some other team from snapdeal.com calls and tell me that they are sending carpenters. I do not know where to go with this. They would not send me any mail update even on being insisted to do so. How come a company like snapdeal.com have no sync between their own team members is beyond me. To top it all they send me a mail saying I am not reachable on my mobile number. How strange !!! Was this information helpful? | |||
Nov 25, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved Snapdeal.com has refunded the amount to be paid to local person whom I appointed for bed set installation.
It was settled with the team in a call. Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
