Dear Sir/Madam

I have purchased Blackberry Z30 Mobile from Snapdeal Ecommerce site

Order ID: [protected], Placed On 25 Aug, 2016

I have got the Mobile with no seal. Mobile back was dirty and Box was little tampered.

I therefore immediately raised refund request. It was picked and after very long wait I see my Refund request is been rejected and it is going to be send back to me

This is very bad. I feel like been cheated and fooled.

I request you to please help me. Please let me know any further details are required from me.

Thanks Sir Madam for your help. I have called them on 7-09-2016They then told me that We will give you replacement but not refund we do not give refund for Electronic item. I said all the time I called we have only spoken of refund In your website also I have raise the request for refund and Within 7 days return you have the policy of Refund then why are you suddenly telling me for replacement. After some talk the executive agreed and I have got my refund on 08-09-2016

I have received the call from Snapdeal today he confirm me that he will get this expedited and get back to me in next 24 hours but no confirmation on refund yet given
