I have earlier bought a mobile & that have heating problem. I make a return request but my phone was not even take by snapdeal.

I made order for two bluetooth device.
I got a summarised bill from snapdeal but get only 1 item. Now what i have to do
I again make a return request but it have been 6 days. I didn't get any update
