[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Bluffed

I ordered a mobile cover named

'Johra Synthetic Flip Cover & Screen Guard For Infocus M2' from snapdeal(order ID: [protected]) of rs 257 on 7th july and received a DUPLICATE & BROKEN product on 15th july. On receiving it I generated return order(with cash back in my bank account) & I got a message that product will be picked by snapdeal's courier partner & I dnt need to pay for that.Next day I got a message & was told to go & delever the product in kolkata(more than 400 km away from my place).Then I got call from snapdeal & they told me to send the product through any reputed courier and I have to send the photo of the bill to them & they will give me the courier charge as well in my bank account within 7 days.

I had no other choice so I did what they told. I sent the product through bluedart courier & they charged me rs/-160 for that. On 27th july the received the product.

Today is 10th august, still I have not received the total amount of rs 417(257+courir charge=160) in my bank account though I was promised that I'll receive it within 7 days in my bank account. Today I opened my snapdeal account & find that I was given 257 rs in my snapdeal wallet. I dont understand in what logic they gave me rs 257 in my wallet instead of sendin the whole amount of rs 417 in my bank account.

Totally disgusted with snapdeal service. 1st they provide us with duplicate product & then they do not return the amount in cash.

* I must say that this is not the first time I experienced such worst service from snapdeal. One year back I bought a nokia headphone(Order ID: [protected]) but they sent me duplicate product. Though I claimed my money back yet they denied just saying electronics product could not be returned.
