I have returned a product and requested for a replacement. It's been more than 10 days i have received a product. The package was already opened and extra earbuds were missing.. Fake products.. I need a replacement immediately or give me back my money.. U guys don't even have a customer care phone line and don't even reply to mail. Pathetic. The delivery is very poor.. I don't know what happend to my money. Not replying to mails also.. Not even going to buy again. Was this information helpful? | |||||
